Very dark plum with purple hues. Perfumed with ripe red fruit, blueberry, chocolate, vanilla, dried herb and floral notes. Silky and plush with bright red berries, red cherry, boysenberry, plum and spice. Good concentration, fresh acidity and fine grain tannins lead to a long mineral finish. The wine was aged in French Oak bariques for approximately 10 months of which 20% was new oak.

Handpicked grapes from our Family Vineyard. Dark ruby with crimson hues. Fragrant with dark plum, berry coulis, violets, liquorice, cinnamon, char and tobacco notes. Plush entry with blueberries, plums, ripe cherry, christmas cake spice, tobacco and coffee. Silky with fine grain tannins, bright acidity and a long boysenberry finish. The wine was aged in French Oak barriques for approximately 10 months, of witch 12% was new oak.

The Gibbston Back Road Pinot Noir, Deep plum with garnet hues. Fragrant with plums, blackberries, boysenberries, chocolate, rose petals, violets, spice and a hint of vanilla. Silky entry with ripe dark berries and spicy plum pudding. Round and mouth filling with fine grained tannins and a lovely balance with a complex and long red berry finish with a touch of oak char.

Rich and silky with sweet black plum, dark berries and nice minerality. Concentrated and elegantly textured with fine grained tannins and a lovely acidity. The finish is long with a hint of ripe mulberries and spice.

Sweet black cherry entry with blackberry and plum, spice, tobacco, mushrooms and leather. Medium bodied with a nice mineral vein and fine grained tannins leading to a long fruit finish.

The Gibbston Back Road Pinot Gris, aromas of quince, honey and pear on the nose with floral notes. Flavours of pear, apple and stone fruit show on the palate with some ginger and pineapple. A dry style wine with a rounded mouth feel, balanced acidity and long mineral finish.
